Aside from a six month hiatus in late 2007 to early 2008, I have been a “gym rat” for over 26 years. When I began working with Nate Ingham in July, 2008, my workout routine was sorely in need of a major re -haul. I found personal training sessions with Nate challenging and informative. Nate is very knowledgeable and skilled and his repertoire of training exercises is truly impressive. Nate has keen insight into his trainees’ capabilities and stamina and is willing to work you as hard as you are willing to work. Maybe even a little harder.

I highly recommend Nate’s personal training services. I look forward to more sessions with him soon.

Rehabilitated both Shoulders and now injury free!

How?

 

"Years of playing Baseball caused wear and tear on my shoulders and I had to put up with constant pain and was injury prone so much so that I wasn’t able to continue playing.

 

When I started Personal Training with Ingrid, along with the fact that I had put on some weight, I realised how hunched over I had become. We set to work on my posture, flexibility and shoulders. The training sessions have enabled me to get back into playing sport, the difference is that I no longer have the muscle injuries like I used to! "

What Now?

 

Now it’s my knees, I had them both operated on in November and I had to have 6 weeks off. Post operation was a humbling experience, I found even a few mins cycling hard but I can now hit the bike for 20 mins, I have been able to up my cardio all round and I have lost 5kg. I’ve realised that without cardio weight loss is hard, but I’m looking forward to getting back into water skiing and hitting the slopes which for makes being active enjoyable."
