Adam is a 25 year old endurance freak who grabbed a pair of old running shoes and made a run for it in marathons and triathlons at a national level. He is currently training for the World Iron Man Championships in Florida in November. His interests lie in marathons, triathlons or anything that involves throwing on a pair of runners. Adzi's best training advice is 'no matter how much we strive to succeed, we must never lose sight of what our goals are. Succeeding is one thing, but feeling good within means a whole lot more. Training is about fun as well as winning, the minute we forget this we lose sight of what it is in life that makes us the athlete that we are.'

Coralie is a mum with teenage children who took on the challenge of
becoming a power lifter—you may have seen her in the gym doing her cardio or lifting in the main gym.
