GROUP FITNESS CLASSES – they are for every body!!

A fantastic way to be challenged and stay motivated is to participate in the vast choices of Group Fitness Classes. Every class offers options to accommodate different fitness levels so there is no excuse to not give them a go.

Whether you are after a calorie crushing class or something a little more subtle and easier going, there will be a class available to suit your training needs.

What Classes Should You Do?

To create & maintain cardio fitness as well as burn large amounts of calories:
* all classes can be done low impact creating minimal stress on the joints

* These classes will allow you to become & remain flexible and agile assisting in injury prevention.

BODY PUMP

Adjustable weight loaded barbells allow you to increase your lean muscle mass (without building “bulk”) burning more calories and ensuring awesome muscle tone as well as improving your posture.

BODY STEP

“The best butt & thigh workout in the gym!”
A cardio vascular workout as well as an awesome butt & thigh workout to great music.  A cardio program with strength & toning phases for all over body conditioning.  Using a height adjustable step this class caters for all fitness levels.

STEP RESULTS

Similar to above however this is a freestyle version giving the instructor freedom to vary the choreography.

BODY COMBAT

“The power of self defence & martial arts combined!”
An addictive mix of kick boxing, tai chi, karate & self defence that will leave you feeling energized, strong & confident.  Great cardio workout & awesome muscle isolation work for strength & toning.  Options shown to cater for all fitness levels.

FAT BURNER

The calorie crusher
Format may vary weekly in this freestyle workout but it will always be a cardio blast, energetic & FUN – give it a try!!!

A sensational workout as your dynamic instructor takes your body & mind for an unforgettable indoor cycling journey.   A little different from RPM as the instructor decides the journey & duration of each track.

BODY BALANCE

A unique combination of yoga, pilates and thai chi to improve core strength, posture & flexibility and enhance overall wellbeing.  Set to inspiring and uplifting music, this class is Ideal for beginners to advanced participants.  The perfect antidote for a busy life. 

YOGA

Strengthen & lengthen your body
Improve strength, body alignment & flexibility through gentle lengthening of the muscles.  Stretch & tone whilst slowing down the breath.  Take your focus internally to connect your body, mind & soul.
